Click on the "Please read the Data Privacy Policy here" link
Click on "Yes, I read" this blue button at the bottom of the last page
After reading the Data Privacy Policy, checkbox will appear. Click on the check box to confirm that "I have read and agree to follow the guidelines specified in the Data Privacy Policy."
Submit the Acceptance Form and you will receive "Confirmed submission email" to your inbox
